Replying to Emails

Respond to your customers and clients without ever leaving the Slack interface.

How it works

When an email arrives in your mapped Slack channel, Connect automatically generates a Slack thread for that email. This thread is your command center for that specific conversation.

Sending a Reply

• Open the Thread: Click on the email notification in the channel to open the Slack thread.
• Click Reply: Type your response in the modal.
• More emails: Following Emails will appear in the same thread.

Signatures & Formatting

You can configure automatic team signatures in your Connect Dashboard settings.
