Native Slack Notifications

Because Connect delivers emails as native Slack messages, you can use all of Slack's built-in notification tools to manage your alerts. You can mute the mapping channel entirely and only receive notifications when you are directly @mentioned by a teammate, or set the channel to notify you for every new message.

Thread Notifications

When you reply to an email or leave an internal note on a thread, Slack will automatically follow that thread for you. This means you will get alerts in your "Threads" view anytime a customer replies to that specific email chain.
